Shipping & Returns
How works reach you, and how we handle lead times, delivery and the rare case of damage in transit.
Shipping & handling
Works are packed to museum standard — custom crating and specialist art handling as required — and shipped fully insured worldwide.
Shipping, duties and taxes are calculated at Shopify checkout for purchasable works. Larger or fragile works require a tailored shipping quote before purchase.
Lead times
Every work is made to order, so the lead time for each piece is listed on its work page (commonly 8–10 weeks).
You will receive tracking and delivery updates directly from Shopify once your order is fulfilled.
Delivery & installation
White-glove delivery and placement can be arranged for larger works on request. Let us know your location and access details when you enquire.
Returns & cancellations
Because every piece is made to order, sales are final once production has begun. If a work arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will resolve it promptly.
Orders may be cancelled before production starts. After that point the work cannot be refunded or returned.
Authentication
Each work ships with a signed certificate of authenticity confirming artist, title, year, material and edition number, establishing provenance for your collection.
