What we collect

When you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, request an invoice or complete a purchase, we collect the information you provide (name, email, delivery address, telephone number where given) together with details of the works or subjects you are interested in.

When you browse the site we collect standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, referring URL, and pages viewed. If you consent to analytics, we also collect aggregated usage statistics via Google Analytics and, where relevant, advertising click identifiers.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries and advisory requests, prepare invoices, process orders, arrange delivery and installation, and send you communications you have opted into.

To operate and improve the site, measure the performance of our editorial and commerce activity, and comply with our legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer protection).

Legal basis
