The gallery

Edition Solenne is a Copenhagen-based publisher and gallery for limited works developed with contemporary artists. All works are offered subject to prior sale and availability.

Orders and pricing

Prices for editions available to acquire directly are listed on each work page in the currency shown. Prices for private-placement works are given on request and are valid for a limited period.

An order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or breach of these terms, and to issue a full refund if payment has already been taken.

Stock and made to order

Some works are available from stock in Copenhagen; others are produced to order. The applicable status and lead time are stated on each work page and confirmed on the order or invoice. Lead times are indicative and may vary.

Cancellation and withdrawal rights depend on the acquisition and on whether the work has been produced to the buyer's individual specification. The applicable terms are confirmed in writing before payment and set out in the Refund Policy.

Shipping, duties and taxes

Shipping, duties and taxes are set out at checkout for editions purchased directly, or in the invoice for private-placement works. See our shipping and returns page for handling, insurance and delivery details.

Intellectual property

All images, text, video and design on this site are the property of Edition Solenne or the respective artists and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer. Beyond those rights, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Copenhagen, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
