Terms of Service

Edition Solenne is a gallery and editions platform presenting limited-edition art objects and collectible design in partnership with contemporary artists. All works are offered subject to prior sale and availability.

Prices for editions available to acquire directly are listed on each work page in the currency shown. Prices for private-placement works are given on request and are valid for a limited period.

An order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or breach of these terms, and to issue a full refund if payment has already been taken.

Most works are made to order. Lead times shown on each work page are indicative and may vary. Once production has begun the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where required by law or where the work arrives damaged.

Shipping, duties and taxes are set out at checkout for editions purchased directly, or in the invoice for private-placement works. See our shipping and returns page for handling, insurance and delivery details.

All images, text, video and design on this site are the property of Edition Solenne or the respective artists and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer. Beyond those rights, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Copenhagen, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
