An annual, material-led curatorial project — stewarded within Edition Solenne. Each edition of Project Materia takes a single material as its point of departure, inviting artists to respond.
The project
Project Materia is a curatorial framework: one material, many hands, examined over the course of a year.
It sits within Edition Solenne as a distinct strand — its own narrative, cohort and exhibition history — separate from the permanent gallery collection. Works produced through Project Materia may be presented and acquired here as limited editions.
This section preserves the Project Materia identity and archive. It is not the organising framework for Edition Solenne as a whole.
